Bob has been a consultant for over 30 years. He helps people refine their goals, focus their efforts on what will bring them the best results, overcome aspects of their lives that might be holding them back, and achieve what they want in life.

For the last ten years, Bob has done research on natural talents and what they mean at work and in your career. In addition, Bob developed an approach to coaching that emphasizes the Whole Person (talents, interests, personality, values, skills, life stage, goals, health, spirituality) in achieving career and life balance.

Bob created seminars and programs that have helped thousands of people. Programs he designed are in active use by such corporations as Cisco Systems, GlaxoSmithKline, IBM and others.

Bob has published two books: The Lemming Conspiracy: How To Redirect Your Life From Stress To Balance and Don't Waste Your Talent: The 8 Critical Steps To Discovering What You Do Best (Longstreet Press, December, 2000). Bob also authors the popular biweekly column, Your Life's Work, appearing in a number of business publications nationwide.

Bob has recently collaborated with The Berke Group to develop the Berke Assessment, an online hiring assessment measuring candidates’ natural talents, behaviors and personality traits against job requirements and company culture. The Berke is one of the only commercially available assessments today that measures both personality and natural talents in the same integrated instrument and that allows managers to measure the strength of job fit between a specific person and a specific job.
