What are ability worksamples? Rather than ask you what you think your best talents are, ability worksamples allow you to find out for sure what they are - objectively, so you really know. One worksample has you listening to musical tones. Another has you looking at pictures to try to remember what's in them. Still another has you solving a series of puzzles with the right hemisphere of your brain while another works your left hemisphere. There are nineteen in all. It's exciting, because, unlike the kinds of tests you had back in school, these puzzles actually help you discover some extraordinarily useful information about yourself. You can find out how you learn best, how you solve problems most efficiently and what kind of decision-making style works best for you. There aren't any bad ability patterns. Whatever your pattern of abilities is, follow-up coaching with Dr. McDonald will help you see how it can work positively in your career - what kinds of things to aim for and what to steer clear of. Dr. McDonald is one of the most experienced experts in the world in interpreting ability worksamples and in helping you use the results at work and in your life.
After you take the worksamples and send in your results over the Internet, you can see your report right away. You will receive two hours of individual, one-to-one feedback from a trained counselor. In the feedback session, your counselor will review each worksample and discuss what it means for you. In follow-on coaching, Dr. McDonald will help you synthesize this and other information to discover what it means in your career. Information about abilities gives you a solid base on which to build your professional career vision. How much does it cost?
